“Hillary Clinton supporters are going after the celebrities that supported Bernie Sanders, blaming them for her loss to Donald Trump.
“Dear Famous Liberals Who Refused To Vote For Hillary Clinton,
It’s time to call bullshit on your so-called social-political revolution — one that only a person of extreme privilege has the luxury to champion. Susan Sarandon, let’s start with you. I know you were “so excited and encouraged by the idea that maybe if everything is falling apart so obviously,” we would come together as a people. But spare me your sympathies now that Judgment Day has come.
But here’s what your privilege didn’t allow you to see: we had already come together. You were just too consumed with your own righteousness to see it.”
The only thing really on display here, is the trite arrogance of the author…And the websites desperation for attention…This is pure click bait.
It doesn’t deserve the attention TYT is giving it…And it’s a sad testimony, to the abysmal state of the modern internet…and broader social culture.
It used to be, the tabloid trash was confined to those small wracks at store checkouts…Today, it assaults you everywhere.
…And I am beyond sick and tired, of these sorts of click bait, money grubbing, commercial websites that do this…They are such insufferable “bloat-ware”, with a seemingly endless stream of loading clickable links, that every time you scroll down via mouse…the whole page freezes up for five seconds or so.
Even those of us with fully capable PCs, run into this outrage…It’s like they build their websites, with the visitors being an afterthought…And they look upon you, like you’re some kind of mindless, exploitable chattel…which are expected to obediently hang around, and keep clicking the links on their terrible website.
Websites like that, are a cancer of the internet.
My opinion on the tired, dead horse being beaten in this opinion piece?
There have been those of us, who’ve been fighting for true change in this country for decades…who’ve been trying to pull this country out of the hands of the establishment, which has been killing us…And, yes…I am amongst that minority…
…It’s always the same…The majority refuse to join us, who are seeking tangible social change…and they keep propping up the establishment…They keep ensuring, that establishment candidates keep getting elected, and continuing the lethal social policies killing this country…
Well…Things are noticeably shifting…More people are starting to join the ranks of those seeking tangible change…as the two major parties devolve and crumble…There is change afoot…But most people are still stuck in the old political paradigm, of voting for the establishment candidate put before them…
…And they’re not comfortable with the fact, that establishment candidates aren’t good enough anymore…nor the fact, that they are clearly far from “a sure thing”, anymore.
If this last election taught us anything…that has got to be it.
There is no way forward, where we just keep electing people who want to screw the people of the USA…When the people who keep throwing tantrums over their establishment candidate not winning, finally get this point…”we the people” just might start going places, where “we the people” actually want to go.
Pointing fingers of blame at the most principled, educated, humane and mature voting block in this country, while you’re trying to prop up the powers that enslave you [and all of us]?…
…Don’t insult my intelligence and integrity.
