01) FCC Mysteriously Delaying Implementation of Net Neutrality Repeal (It’s Not Dead Yet)


“April 23rd was supposed to be the first official day when the FCC’s repeal of net neutrality went into effect, but mysteriously enough, the FCC is actually—intentionally—delaying their own repeal, and it has yet to be posted to the Federal Register. So while this is technically good news because net neutrality is still alive and well, it’s bad news because this delay is possibly being done to give ISPs more time to defeat momentum for net neutrality laws at the state-level.
