There’s no reason to kill one man who merely existed in a place, and said some things, even if a previous visitor carried epidemic disease. This behavior is properly recognized as savage, and beneath humanity.

These people are stupid, and they are keeping themselves stupid. It’s one thing for adults to be stupid, but they are raising stupid children, and that cannot be permitted. Children have independent rights to live the best life that they can seek for themselves. They are not the property of their parents and neighbors.

I’m not surprised to see the left defending stupidity, just because the other guy was Christian. Principle doesn’t exist for the left any more, just tribalism, and it’s most disgraceful to be Christian these days.

I think the issue was that this guy knew he was marching into an insane situation…and yet…he did it, anyway.

It’s his choice, of course…but, if he expected any other outcome than what he got…that was just crazy.

I would not say that tribe is “stupid”…just that they are primitive…effectively, they are not “living in the twenty first century”…They probably have their own superstitions…and they don’t understand the outside world.

It kind of makes you wonder what sort of freedoms we kind people would realize, if we had our own island, uninfected by modern sexual superstitions…and not connected to the rest of the world…

That tribe essentially has it’s own reserve, where it is protected from outside interference…That does not exist, just anywhere…It’s rare “the overlords” stay their own hands…

…But then, they probably don’t much care about that tribe, nor the land on which the tribe lives.

I wonder what “the overlords” would say, if they ever learned that said tribe practiced man boy love?

…Would their moral outrage force them to invade?…or would they be caught having to justify “the importance of respecting cultural differences”?…Boy…that would be awkward…

Good question Steve; the islanders of all ages probably enjoy total sexual freedom in the same way Hawaiians and Aboriginees (etc., etc., etc.) once did before they were forcibly ‘civilised’ by missionaries. These pathological do-gooders are utterly blind to just how selfish and destructive their actions are.

Love Jomo Kenyatta’s quote on the topic of christianity arriving in Kenya: “When the missionaries arrived, the Africans had the land and the missionaries had the Bible. They taught us how to pray with our eyes closed. When we opened them, they had the land and we had the Bible.”
