61. Child pornography is defined in article 2 OPSC as “any representation of a child engaged in real or simulated explicit sexual activities, regardless of the means used, or any representation of the sexual parts of a child for primarily sexual purposes”. The qualification “by whatever means” reflects the broad range of material available in a variety of media, online and offline. It includes, inter alia: visual material such as photographs, movies, drawings and cartoons; audio representations; any digital media”

02) U.N. Proposes Initiative To Ban Loli, Shota, And Underage ‘Drawings And Cartoons’

“The United Nations has proposed an international initiative for all involved State parties to tighten their restrictions and prohibition of child exploitation and the proliferation and spread of that content. While on the surface this may seem like a noble effort, the prohibition of said material also extends to drawn and animated images as well, which could include all things loli.

The initiative, dubbed Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child (OPSC), was proposed by the United Nations’ Committee on the Rights of the Child, also known as the CRC, with a draft guideline made available over on the OHCHR.org website.

Much of the draft centers on ways to prevent human trafficking, curbing the solicitation of child prostitution, and reducing the spread of child pornography and underage exploitation. However, on page 14 section 56, the U.N., defines what they view as child pornography, widely classifying anything that contains underage persons, whether fictional or real, stating…

“Child pornography is defined in article 2 OPSC as ‘any representation of a child engaged in real or simulated explicit sexual activities, regardless of the means used, or any representation of the sexual parts of a child for primarily sexual purposes’. The qualification ‘by whatever means’ reflects the broad range of material available in a variety of media, online and offline. It includes, inter alia: visual material such as photographs, movies, drawings and cartoons; audio representations; any digital media representation; live performances; written materials in print or online; and physical objects such as sculptures, toys, or ornaments.1

“The Committee urges States parties to prohibit, by law, child sexual abuse material in any form. The Committee notes that such material is increasingly circulating online, and strongly recommends States parties to ensure that relevant provisions of their Criminal Codes cover all forms of material, including when the acts listed in article 3.1(c) are committed online and including when such material represents realistic representations of non-existing children.”

It’s the United Nations…So…

…Does it really mean anything?…

…Well…given the fact that many of us live in a police state, like the United States of America, this could easily turn into the nudge, which gets the zealots pushing bills to outlaw content which no sane person considers dangerous…

…Because it’s handy having a large coalition of countries behind you, when calling for the abolition of nationally recognized protected rights.

You know there’s tons of people who want this weapon in their arsenal…even if only because, it would allow them to “legally” round us up, and take us away to concentration camps…such as prisons, and other facilities.

I do think the U.N. has a legitimate role in this world…

…But that role has nothing to do, with screwing over peaceful minorities.

What is represented here, is terroristic, war like aggression.

The charter of the U.N. is supposed to be arbitration between countries, to end [or head off] wars…

…It has nothing to do with the hostile dictation, of cultural intolerance.

This is a prime example, of why such a large swath of the human species hates the U.N.

        It is…

…It’s the core, root base of all human rights defense, as well.

If people cannot legally express themselves…they cannot defend their own human rights.

…Which, incidentally, is also the major problem with “child pornography” being illegal.

Proof if any were ever needed that the UN is a non-entity that after having completely failed to be a force for good in the world, has instead decided to side with the devil (as prime contactor for the US) and join them in persecuting a sexual minority group that has no means of defending itself.

From Wiki: “Its objectives include … protecting human rights …” Yeah, right.

Art is a vital freedom that all open-minded people must defend as a right of expression.

I hope Japan at least won’t let this US shill of an organisation bully them to forget that liberty.

It is outright treachery, what has happened to Japanese culture, at the hands of foreign [U.S.] interference.

What’s so insane…as relates to the U.N…is that a large part of the U.S. population doesn’t even trust it…We don’t want it, and look upon it as an outside threat.

Many want to sever ties with it…and not just all the screwy, conspiracy theory nuts.
