Pete Buttigieg’s Consulting Client List Released…

Date: December 12, 2019

01) Pete Buttigieg’s Consulting Client List Released

“More bad news for Pete Buttigieg. John Iadarola and Ana Kasparian, hosts of The Young Turks, break it down.

Last month, a source emailed a colleague of mine with a complicated theory that, the source claimed, proved Pete Buttigieg had been in the CIA. “The American people have the right to know if he was ever an agent or officer,” the person wrote, with the kind of baseless confidence that lives on the internet.

By then, Buttigieg’s critics on the left had started to focus more on what the South Bend, Indiana, mayor could have been doing at McKinsey, a company that seems to look worse with each passing week. Progressives, and in particular the Elizabeth Warren campaign, pounced: What was Buttigieg doing at McKinsey for two and a half years? How many people had lost their jobs because of him? How shady was the work conveniently hidden behind a standard McKinsey nondisclosure agreement?

Trump Announces Anti-Semitism Executive Order…

Date: December 12, 2019

01) Trump Announces Anti-Semitism Executive Order

“President Trump is expected to sign an executive order Wednesday targeting perceived anti-Semitism on college campuses that would in effect treat Judaism as a national identity as well as a religious or ethnic one, according to The New York Times.

The order would empower the Department of Education to potentially withhold funding from campuses for insufficient action on anti-Semitism if they fail to combat anti-Israel rhetoric, the newspaper reported.

The order echoes legislation with bipartisan support, currently stalled in Congress, that targets the boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) movement.

Republicans LOSE IT Over Articles of Impeachment Against Trump…

01) Republicans LOSE IT Over Articles of Impeachment Against Trump

“House Democrats on Tuesday unveiled two articles of impeachment against President Trump, accusing him of abusing his office for personal political gain and all but guaranteeing he becomes just the third president in the nation’s history to be impeached.

The historic move, which follows weeks of closed-door and public hearings on Trump’s dealings with Ukraine, carries far-reaching implications for a fiercely divided country that’s split roughly in half on whether Trump should be removed from office and ensures that the impeachment debate will carry far into an election year.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), who had resisted impeachment for most of the year, struck a somber tone when announcing the articles in the Capitol, saying Trump’s handling of foreign policy in Kyiv had left Democrats no alternative.

Trump BREAKS DOWN As Every Conspiracy Theory Falls Apart…

Date: December 12, 2019

01) Trump BREAKS DOWN As Every Conspiracy Theory Falls Apart

“Donald Trump breaks down as all of his conspiracy theories fall apart. John Iadarola and Jordan Uhl break it down on The Damage Report.

Inspector General Michael Horowitz found that there was a proper legal basis for the FBI to seek a surveillance warrant against Carter Page, a former foreign policy advisor to the Trump campaign, according to the report, which runs more than 400 pages in length.

Horowitz also reported that there was no evidence of political bias at the root of the investigation — rebuffing President Donald Trump’s repeated claims about a concerted effort to undermine his campaign being led by “deep state” Washington bureaucrats.

“We did not find documentary or testimonial evidence that political bias or improper motivation influenced the FBI’s decision” to seek surveillance warrants on Page, Horowitz’s report concludes.

Crucially, the report said the so-called Steele dossier — which contained salacious claims about Trump and was held up as a key example of bias in the investigation — “played no role” in the opening of the probe into Trump campaign officials.
