01) Boomers TRIGGERED by Millennial

“#OKboomer has taken over the internet! Ana Kasparian, Jayar Jackson, and Jason Carter, hosts of The Young Turks, break it down.

The younger generations…

Things have been happening in the Twitter MAP sphere, which have been slowly building for a long time…and I may form a certain thread of mine into a post and bring it here at some point…

It underscores this endless, condescending aggression that certain younger MAPs are throwing towards older MAPs, and the more open minded and informed MAPs…what is really a fundamentalist gang forming, with intent to throw other MAPs under the bus…Because, apparently, “it’s all about them” and what they have decided to push.

I do take serious issue with these really young and inexperienced MAPs…treating the rest of us MAPs who’ve lived through decades of this system [and it’s abusive crap] as if we don’t know shit, and as if we are all just insane.

These young fundamentalists just want to arrive on the scene, push everybody else aside, and act as though they are “the voice”…”the authorities”…

All the while, pushing the rhetoric of a system which regards us as human trash.

That is a straight out devastating path to go down…and yet, they imagine “they are onto something”…

These fundamentalists don’t even care, about what we have learned and know, as older MAPs…

…They just want to submit, and assimilate…and parade their grocery list of “mental conditions and disabilities”…

Not only does their level of outright gall serve as a basis for outrage…but frankly…they’ve fallen into a ready made ideology, which differs little from that of those who believe we are human trash…and they’ve surrendered right out of the gate.

Worse still…some of them imagine they can drown out the only voices in this movement, that are really even addressing the core issues that need to be addressed…and in some cases, issues that need to be fought against.

Where in the hell did this self entitlement come from?…Where did this nastiness towards the vastly more experienced and knowledgeable come from?

Uh Oh! I’m an Old Fart Now:

When I was that age…I had the sense to keep my mouth shut [aside from asking questions to learn from], while listening and learning from older MAPs…And I was exposed to a wide range of content, testimony and viewpoints for years, before I started forming any concrete stances…And I respected everyone, who played a role in forming my views today.

I never arrived on the scene with notions I could dictate “what is right and what is wrong”…”who is good and who is bad”…

I was mindful and careful enough…to take the time necessary…to get a clear understanding of how things actually are.

…And I don’t see that happening, with enough of this youngest generation of MAPs.

They’ve been sold the same bill of goods [worse, honestly, because they’ve grown up in the “mental disability” generation] as the rest of us…But they haven’t been around long enough to witness the failings, and the manipulations inherent in that bill of goods.

These younger MAPs should have more respect for older MAPs…

We have walked the walk for decades…We know what is actually going on in the world, today.

…So many of you younger MAPs do not…clearly.

It seems to me those embracing the meme doesn’t even have the ideals, much less ideas on how to make them a reality, that the older guy is critical of!

Are they so willfully ignorant they think income inequality, and its increase in the West for more than 40 years, is new? Or the solution to that problem lies in identity politics, like ageism?

I’d love to hear your thoughts on younger MAPs.

It should come as no surprise to you when I say, many younger MAPs literally do not get it.

They’re being lied to, and the system is not their friend.

Most of them I’ve encountered, have not seen the system for what it is…and that is very, very troubling.

The young rebel against the old, always have always will. This human failing is being exaggerated as smart phones and appalling education, obliterate social skills.

In the case of MAPS, the above plus the absence of any opportunity to meet face to face and develop mutual respect and understanding, makes us vulnerable to fragmentation.
