“A former speechwriter for Ted Cruz has issued a dire warning to Americans about how radicalized her former boss has become. Writing for The Bulwark, Amanda Carpenter says that her former boss has gone from being a Constitutional lawyer with sound principles, to a man willing to go to the extremes in order to appeal to a certain demographic. This may be true, but Cruz has always been a sort of political chameleon, wanting to be accepted and liked and willing to do anything to make that happen. Farron Cousins discusses this.
