I don’t know about you…but I really hate seeing people act this way…and the aggressive intolerance towards monuments…the bad will conflating of separate, nuanced issues…

…Of course…I’ve never supported slavery, racism or the KKK…and at the same time, I find it repugnant, that people would have the gall to treat a confederate memorial like this.

It truly is disgusting and disgraceful…There’s no sense in it.

So many people who ended up serving, dying or getting wounded in that war, really didn’t have much of a choice…like all wars…many people find themselves there for reasons other than supporting some end political goal.

The leaders may be more culpable, yes…but we still do not erase the defeated, nor our enemies…They are part of our shared history…They were nuanced and complicated people, living in their time, in a culture which created them.

It’s stupid to act like they never existed.

This whole mess is all about the way activist Twitter admin have been distorting social perspective, and making dialogue impossible…

…And what’s intollerable, is the way these activists and their minions have united to damage or bring down other competing forums…They refuse to allow anyone they hate, to have a peaceful place to just speak freely.

The fight has to be brought back to ground zero…The problem has to be confronted, at its hive…otherwise it will just keep going on…and the entire internet will just keep getting degraded by these major platforms, who are pushing censorship, yellow journalism, hate speech and dehumanization, everywhere.

This is why I absolutely am behind this takeover.

The internet was meant to be free…It is meant to be a representation equalizer…but there’s a whole ton of a-holes, who are trying to steal this away from us.

This cannot be allowed to happen…ever.
