“A Capitol Rioter known in far right circles as “Baked Alaska” lost his plea deal this week during an absolutely bonkers plea hearing before a judge. The man, before actually entering his official plea, started talking about how he is innocent and that the prosecutors threatened to hit him with felony charges if he didn’t take the deal, which forced the judge to reject the plea deal because he can’t accept an admission of guilt from someone who proclaims that they are innocent.
