“Rudy Giuliani has filed a countersuit against Smartmatic, arguing that they owe him legal fees for their defamation lawsuit against him and others. This is actually typical in lawsuits like this, but it is unlikely that Rudy will have any success with his countersuit, mostly because the case hasn’t even gone to trial yet (they are still in the discovery process!)
