Nope, there has been no violation of the agreement, specifically, the agreement does not prevent Russia from continuing to carry out its operation anywhere in Ukraine to remove Ukrainian military infrastructure. Moreover, as a result of the missile strike, US-supplied harpoon anti-ship systems located in the city of Odessa no longer pose a threat to Russian forces.
It was new news at the time it was recorded…a lot was [and remains] unclear…The new agreement seemed a possible easing of things…then this happened.
The new news was not caveated to emphasise the lack of clarity – it just went ahead and made biased assumptions favouring the single collective West fake-news narrative.
