This is, of course, important…It always was…We need to get a clear understanding of what happened.
Good or bad intent…or no intent at all…we need to know where this came from…
…We need that world conversation, on whether we are okay with labs constructing these sorts of things.
I don’t presume there was terrorist, murderous intent…But this remains to be seen.
