I’m returning to the video featured here, because it begs a response.
Here it is, in full.
In a nutshell…dialectics is the practice of changing social perspective, by talking about certain issues or things in an intentional manner. If you don’t like something, you might promote a negative way of speaking about it. If you don’t like people’s hostility towards something, you might choose to start talking about it in a neutral or positive way. The idea is to psychologically push a culture in a certain direction, by exposing it to a persistent positive, negative or neutral message [or tone, if you will].
Now…Debra and Cliff clearly find it objectionable, whenever people with views different from their own employ dialectics…What I’m finding curious, is that they think nothing of employing dialectics in that very episode, themselves.
Cliff has been beside himself over Pope Francis…That pope doesn’t embrace pursuit of the mighty dollar and unrestrained capitalism, enough to keep Cliff happy…In fact, Cliff has made many episodes, decrying how the Pope is calling for social accountability…even speculating that this Pope is “the antichrist”…
…No…I am not joking here.
Cliff cant stand, that this Pope is genuinely concerned about climate change.
I find that fact that Cliff actually goes so far as to call this concern for the climate “worship of the planet”, to be a clear example of dialectics…especially since this automatically sets it up against “worship of god”…a direct conflict with organized religion…Cliff’s religion, anyway.
I have to wonder…are these individuals unaware, that organized religion has an outright notorious history of using dialectics to demonize [and many of us would suggest, dehumanize] certain other groups and their customs?
…Before complaining about the dialectics of others…maybe they should check the plank in their own eyes, before pointing out the mot in the eyes of others?…
…Just a thought.
Pots should think carefully, before calling kettles black.
As to dialectics…I am certain some will suggest, that what I do on this blog is the employment of dialectics…especially as pertains to pedophiles and pedophilia, etc…
…and they would be dead on correct…because I reject the demonizing social narrative and all the hyperbole, in very strong preference of simple honesty…and that practice is very much against the grain, when it comes to discussing pedophilia.
I proudly employ dialectics, to infuse pragmatic honesty into social dialogue about these topics.
…Somebody of principle has got to do it.

…the “We own the language, we own the rules, we own love…NOT YOU!!!!” crowd…who cant tolerate anybody, unlike themselves.
For the record, it would probably be best to watch this from the start…to get a feel of what this conversation is all about…And realize, Debra starts off by saying she got her start from reading the bible, and noticing parallels to modern times…
This is not the most promising interview, where it comes to questions of sound integrity.
…It’s still fun, sometimes, to peer through the window and see what others are claiming about us…
The “global agenda” allegedly has big plans for us…Amazing.
…And the Kinsey Institute has a “propaganda arm” [SEICUS], that is arguing on our behalf?…Wow.
I strongly suspect there is a lot taken out of context…because I have way too much experience with this sort of thing, to not be left suspecting such.
I’ve not watched the entire episode…and maybe I should, because there might be some more real whoppers left to be seen…
…but I knew various people would appreciate seeing this…even if only for a chuckle.
Cliff asks if “we’ve gotten dumbed down enough to accept pedophilia as a civil rights lifestyle”…
…Well, Cliff…other than to look at you as an alarmist, trying to scare people into action…it astonishes me, that anybody takes this seriously.
You are clearly living in a very different world than I, if you think the world is somehow pulling on our behalf.
…The U.N.?…Good grief!…There has been at least one group within the U.N., that’s been pushing for a universal age of consent to be 21 [twenty one] years of age…Are you and your guest unaware of this?
…And this is supposedly the governmental body, which you expect to usher in an age of adult child sexual relations?…
Groups representing people like us, were ostracized before the LGBT community was allowed to have an advisory panel to the U.N.
The U.N. has been overwhelmingly toxic and aggressive, when it comes to it’s dealings with people like us.
I’d suggest you two are extremely disconnected from reality, as it is happening in the real world.
You’re just spreading false information.

“Chris Christie’s on the warpath against pot. He appears to think hating marijuana more than other GOP candidates is his ticket to the nomination. He is likely incorrect. Cenk Uygur, host of The Young Turks, breaks it down. Tell us what you think in the comment section below.
“AT A TOWN Hall meeting in New Hampshire last night, Republican presidential candidate Chris Christie had a message for recreational marijuana users: enjoy it while it lasts, kids.
“I believe it should still be illegal,” he said. “If you’re getting high in Colorado today, enjoy it until January 2017, because I will enforce the federal laws against marijuana as President of the United States.””
Just another in a plethora of reasons, why Chris Christie is unfit to be in any position of authority. This thug’s political career needs to be over…completely over…in it’s entirety…forever.

“A top police officer has admitted that they have scaled back investigations into burglary and car crime because of a massive increase in allegations of child sex abuse.
Norfolk Chief Constable Simon Bailey said police forces were scaling back probes into traditional crimes in an effort to hunt down paedophiles.
MPs have been warned that investigations into child sex abuse will cost Britain’s police forces some £1billion over the next twelve months due to an 80 per cent increase in allegations over the past three years.”
Are there any other “pedophiles” out there, who find it offensive and a menacing threat…when they use the term “hunting pedophiles”?…
This, in my opinion, is incredibly dehumanizing…demeaning…a sign of extreme, venomous and potentially violent aggression…against “pedophiles”.
…I’m finding it interesting, even if expected, that the witch hunt on “pedophiles” is becoming so severe…that the authorities are forced into dereliction of their other [commonly far more important and critical] responsibilities.
…Ah, but that is “progress” in a “progressive” world, for you…
Do you think they will ever figure out, what the real problems in this world are?

“Even as South Carolina and major retailers officially disconnect themselves from the Confederate flag, the controversial symbol continues to have a prominent presence at Kid Rock’s concerts. On Monday, the National Action Network’s Michigan chapter protested outside the Detroit Historical Museum, which houses a Kid Rock exhibit, demanding that the rocker stop displaying the Confederate flag, Deadline Detroit reports. In a statement to Fox News’ Megyn Kelly, Kid Rock relayed his message to those upset in his native Detroit: “Please tell the people who are protesting to kiss my ass/Ask me some questions.”
As Fox News points out, Kid Rock aligns himself with the Southern pride connotations of the flag and not its racial implications, since Rock’s son Robert Ritchie Jr., is biracial, and as of December 2014, the First Kiss singer also has biracial grandchildren.”
People need to understand when we’ve been dragged into a hysteria…
…and make no mistakes about it…this fury over the confederate flag, and removing it from public display, is a hysteria…propagated by special interest groups, who’ve been waiting for some tragedy to happen which they can seize upon.
Personally…I find myself embarrassed as an American, over this episode.
I wasn’t going to say a whole lot, because I feel like…as relates to the issue of southern states removing the confederate flag from government properties…that is an issue for those states to hammer out, amongst their population. I don’t see myself having any voice or interest in that issue…
…But when this issue infects the entire country…and suddenly, nationwide retail chains want to purge all representations of the confederate flag…and we even get such ridiculous things as the “General Lee” Dodge Charger [from “The Dukes of Hazard”] being banned from television…this whole thing has gone insane.
This exact sort of thing is a very good example, of totally mindless and dangerous political correctness…the kind that just wants to censor and shunt off to the shadows, anything the chronically offended and intolerant don’t like.
Kid Rock has it right, when he tells these people to kiss his ass…because what is going on here, is just wrong…dead wrong…indefensible.
I have no personal connection to the confederate flag…except that it was part of our collective history, in the U.S.
I’ve always thought it looked pretty cool…and I’ve also appreciated it’s rebel roots…
…Despite whether or not everything the confederacy stood for was noble and good…we’ve considered the Generals waging the civil war to be great men of U.S. history…legendary, even…even if a product of their time and environment.
Does it change anything at all…that some homicidal maniac murders several people of a different race, while himself owning a confederate flag?
No…it does not.
The confederate flag means a lot of different things, to a lot of different people.
“The American way”…is not about stealing identity from each other.
What is going on surrounding the confederate flag today…is very much anti-American.
People need to back up…and understand they have no business telling others, that they cannot display the confederate flag.

“A federal judge Wednesday ruled it’s unconstitutional for Minnesota to keep civilly committed sex offenders locked up indefinitely, setting the stage for major changes to the Minnesota Sex Offender Program.
“The stark reality is that there is something very wrong with this state’s method of dealing with sex offenders,” wrote U.S. District Judge Donovan Frank.
Observers, though, said the ruling repudiates the way the state treats civilly committed sex offenders.
“It’s a sweeping condemnation of this program,” said William Mitchell College of Law Dean Eric Janus, who sits on the state’s sex offender civil commitment advisory task force.
More than 700 civilly committed sex offenders had sued the state claiming it was unconstitutional to keep them locked up indefinitely and that they don’t get adequate treatment from the program run by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
Dan Gustafson, a lawyer representing committed sex offenders, applauded the federal ruling, saying it “reaffirms that all people, no matter how disliked they are … are entitled to constitutional protection.”
Over time, Frank has reprimanded the Minnesota Legislature, saying lawmakers had to do something about a program he called “draconian” and in need of “substantial changes.”
“This judge has sent a number of clear signals over the last several years about his concern for the constitutionality of this program,” Janus said on MPR News Wednesday.
“It’s clear that the evidence he heard at this trial confirmed his very clear concerns about the program.””
There are some interesting audio commentaries provided with this article.
Nothing surprising here…the judge says it’s unconstitutional…and politicians continue to behave like politicians…sticking fingers in their ears, while going “La La La La La!”…and not wanting to deal with it.
…We shall see what comes of this.
Of course, it is unconstitutional…and just because Lucinda Jesson claims it’s not, because “the facility is nicer than prison”, and “it is treatment”, does not make it any less false imprisonment…She is just dancing around semantics, and denying the obvious.
Also of note, is the fact that these facilities are said to have serious inconsistencies, in who gets sent to them and how their cases are treated.
