I haven’t laughed this hard watching a YouTube video in a long time.
This doesn’t technically qualify as a game review…I think.
I’ve been eyeballing this game for a while, as I have a bit of a history with the Zoo Tycoon series…I have the complete original [which wont play on a modern system]…and about a year ago, I purchased the most recent installment of the Zoo Tycoon series.
To be honest, it feels way too structured…in that kind of “we sold out to the casual gamer trend” way…I’m glad I only spent $20 on it.
I still need to spend some quality time with it, but I don’t know if I’m ever really going to be able to get into it deep…It just feels so different from where the series began…and not necessarily in ways that I like.
Planet Zoo, on the other hand…this looks like it’s really open to your whims.
I’ll pick this up when it goes on sale…on Steam, likely.

“Video essay that uses frame analysis to examine the player’s relation to Minecraft’s virtual environment, and to explore how the game design would be different if that relation were changed.”

This has got to be one of the single most peculiar things I have ever found on Steam [https://store.steampowered.com/].
Strictly speaking, it’s not really a game. From what I’ve gathered, this is a short, silly program that serves as a catalyst for discussion about sex, for parents who have young/small children.
…A conversations starter, of sorts.
I played through it three times, hoping to get the ending where you get caught by the mother [she has a facial expression for it], but that never occurred…and this isn’t interesting enough to do a fourth time.
I’m sharing this because of it’s crazy novelty.
