“Interesting, those countries that have outlawed hate speech (like Canada) haven’t adopted the kill the paedo stuff as a form of hate speech.”
…And it’s very troubling, that they have not.
The thing about only “special classes” of hate speech being covered, is that it sidesteps the problem for certain demographics. By omission, they essentially encourage certain types of hate speech…when they are having a law, supposedly to curtail hate speech.
This is one of the reasons why I’ve harped on this issue, in the past.
…I don’t want people locked up for expressing nasty things…But if anyone is going to have the nerve to write and maintain laws against hate speech…then they have no business picking and choosing what flavor of hate speech they want to go after.
I’ve seen the kind of stuff you mention, nitro…and I think it is a disgrace, and shows how honestly uncommitted to the cause lawmakers are, when hate speech against pedophiles is not even acknowledged in these laws…It is one of the worst, most saturated and vile forms of hate speech in existence.
It’s like I was saying when they wrote and passed these laws in the U.S…when it comes to pedophiles [and ephebophiles], you are not going to find any demographic in more dire need of the protection, that these laws claim to provide…Yet, it’s only going to the politically correct gays and lesbians.
If that doesn’t tell you that these laws are a politically correct sham, and that nobody honestly cares about fighting hate speech where it actually counts the most…then I don’t believe anything will.

When an individual becomes savagely violent…
…this always points towards something deep and psychological, within that person.
This, along with the severity of the brutal assault [which is not even remotely normal, nor sane behavior]…is what quickly led me to the conclusion, that there is something very wrong with this dangerous father.
Without it being explicitly stated before now, it was immediately clear…not only was that pure hate…there was a violent murder in progress. If you did not see that from the picture, alone…then you are either blind, or very naïve…
There is a reason why I snuck the term “murder” into one of my previous responses to this…Because attempted murder is written all over this. And here we are, now, with this guy actually admitting, he was in the process of murdering the eighteen year old…And Chief Chitwood still has no grounds to remove this violent, murderous predator from the public?
Who wants to bet, that psycho daddy dearest has a criminal record of his own, and that he has spent more than a little time behind bars, himself?
Anyone with the ability to explode into violent rage, like that…who has 35 years of living behind him…is almost guaranteed to have done some messed up stuff.
If Chief Chitwood admires psycho daddy dearest so much…maybe he can create a special class of deputy…He can have his own “sex abuse survivor” division…Mint off nice shiny badges, which boldly declare the wearer “Sex Abuse Survivor”…Print them off a license, suitable for framing…And set them loose, walking about town and violently assaulting any pervert that “sets off their trigger”…
…I’m confident, in Florida…a lot of people would applaud this…
…After all…don’t “sex abuse survivors” have the god given, righteous, inalienable right, to shit all over and abuse any pervert they don’t like, in whatever way they please?
Reading way to many comments on these news stories…you’d think public sentiment mandates and commissions just exactly that.
…And asking for one million dollars, out of this?!!
…Unless you are going to substantiate, that the eleven year old was being anally raped [or suffered heinous injury], and now needs extensive medical care, then what exactly about this situation requires one million dollars?!
The son seemed plenty spry enough, to stop his grown father from murdering a literally helpless human being…and apparently talk on the phone to police, too…Which doesn’t sound like someone mortally injured.
It sounds like there was something extremely exaggerated and warped, going on in psycho daddy dearests own head.
Oh…but that poor, poor thing…he’s a sex abuse victim, so “it’s all okay”…He’s just getting his entitled righteous revenge by surrogate.
…I am so sick to death of these…people…for whom something bad may have happened…so now they live as though they are entitled to take it all out on other people…without any accountability or consequence to themselves, whatsoever.
Yes…it’s just ludicrous and unthinkable, to expect them to behave in any civilized or humane manner, when their “trigger” has been set off…They cant help themselves…and it’s wrong, after all they’ve endured, to hold them accountable for personal lack of control…violent savagery…murder…
Is there any semblance of legal and social order in Florida, at all?
Forgive me…This post is a tad bit ugly…
…You just have no idea how deeply it disgusts me, watching people make excuses for savage animals like that, and turning a blind eye when they’ve clearly blown way, way past the line of acceptability…
Just because something crappy may have happened to you [Just as crappy things have happened to all of us…Join the freaking club!], does not mean you get a “free pass” in all of the rest of life.
Hell…even genuine victims can cross a line, and transition into something that is very, very wrong. They don’t deserve being defended.
You survey what at times comes off as positively gleeful approval, of this blatantly fucked up, indefensible shit…
…it always brings me back to the depressing understanding, of just why the human species deserves to go extinct…
Being part of this species embarrasses and demoralizes the insane fuck out of me, at times like these.
I have all the genuine human sympathies in the world, for people who’ve been sexually brutalized…But just because your pee pee was touched, before you reached a certain age, does not mean you’ve been transformed into “a human god” walking the planet. Hell…even if you were gang raped, and debilitated for life…this still does not place you above anyone else.
It’s not the fault of every other pervert on this planet, if you were poked or groped by someone you didn’t want.
…Am I an asshole, for saying all of this?…Any of it?
Deep, complicated frustrations…Very deep…Very complicated…Very frustrating.
Sometimes…I’d like something to punch on, too.
Date: July 19, 2014
Before anything showed up [on BoyChat], I read a much shorter account of this on Yahoo!…I wrote something longish, and bordering on scathing…with regards to these cases where accused [but not yet charged and proven guilty] sexual minority members are violently assaulted, in a way and to a degree, which cannot be sanely justified…and nobody, not in law enforcement or anywhere [will gay and lesbian groups even say anything?]…nobody does anything about it.
I don’t think I am going to post what I wrote anywhere…Not sure how many people honestly appreciate my writings of that nature, anyway…and with a few more details being introduced [are they truth or lies?…who knows!…It’s the media.]…I feel like I should already make changes to it to reflect these allegations.
Bottom line is…If Raymond [the eighteen year old] was not resisting and was not behaving in a way that posed a threat [did not argue, throw a punch or pull a weapon, etc.], then the father had zero justification in laying a finger on him…to say nothing, of inhumanely beating him into unconsciousness.
If he was honestly raping the eleven year old, and threatening him…let the legal system deal with him.
Normal protocol is to only interfere, until whatever threat is going on stops [and sometimes not even then]…If he runs, let him go. It sounds like the cops would have just picked him up in some other part of town, later.
The degree of vicious, violent assault the father gave Raymond…I don’t care how fucked up the laws and common sentiment in Florida are…This is not legal…full stop…There is no room for tolerance, for this type of thing.
Even though I tried to separate my base rant from this specific case [because of the unknowns]…it still remains true…Of all the people caught up in these kinds of cases and violent assault, it is the people accused who most need their human rights guarded.
If Raymond did wrong…he will face not only the legal system, but pure hell…
Unless Raymond pulled a weapon, attacked the boy or the father…then the father needs to be brought up on charges…Because what the unnamed father did, is no small or simple act of “saving his son”. He crossed a line, in a severe and cruel way…At what point during this violent assault, did Raymond continue to remain a danger? How long did the father continue, when it was not even necessary?…Obviously, it went on for a while, even after Raymond was incapacitated…
That kid was likely smaller, weaker, stunned and mortified that he was caught…possibly stunned, by an unexpected attack…likely little more than a disoriented, bloodied punching bag…
…and on top of all this, the eleven year old gets to watch his own father violently “murdering” someone else…
There is no argument to be made, that justifies this.
…Getting caught or accused of something, does not mean that your own human rights are no longer protected by the law.
It is staggering, and even sickening, to witness just how quickly Chief Chitwood has dismissed this brutal assault.
He is a good example of why so many people are disgusted with law enforcement.

“Twelve years on and the worldview of Reverend Jerry Vines is now shared by the British government, which has just announced that paedophiles are to be treated in the same way as terrorists. According to several sources, new legislation targeting paedophiles will be included in the Queen’s Speech. It appears that the UK prime minister, David Cameron, is determined to close a ‘loophole’ that permits paedophiles to publish and possess ‘manuals’ that offer tips to would-be predators on children about how to identify and groom their targets. The new law would authorise the use of the kind of extraordinary sanctions used to target terrorists who download bomb-making manuals. Cameron argued that it is ‘completely unacceptable that there is a loophole in the law which allows paedophiles to write and distribute these disgusting documents’.”
“The interweaving of the narrative of terrorism with that of paedophilia is driven by a tendency to attach campaigns and causes to the cause of child protection. Since its inception in September 2001, the war on terror has always been far too distant and abstract to capture the imagination of the British and European public. However, perceptions about the threat of stranger-danger to children are very different. Paedophilia has emerged as an all-purpose focus of dread, which is why policymakers tend to interpret threats through the idiom of child protection.”
This is not the sort of thing I keep mentioning, day after day…So, nobody can be blamed if they happen to be unaware…But as I’ve looked around and seen it, I have been the singular voice in the online pedosexual community, who over the past decade has been foretelling of the social and political trend to psychologically link pedophilia with terrorism.
I’ve been saying this for many, many years…that they are pushing this idea to a head, and it is going to result in new draconian laws, somewhere.
Here we are today, in 2014…and what I have been repeating over the past decade [at least], is materializing before our very eyes.
…The writing has been on the wall, mind you…if you cared to look and recognize it…I’m just a bit shocked, that more pedosexuals have not been speaking out against this trend.
Maybe…the whole idea seemed to far flung, to ludicrous to come to pass?…to awful to comprehend that a major world government in the so-called civilized world, would proclaim our simple speech to be “terrorism”?…
It is official now…Terrorists and the extreme, horrendous inhumanities they inflict upon the rest of us, have become the new foothold in which to attack pedosexuals…in which to manufacture new criminal behavior…in which to create a world, where a pedosexual can do nothing short of existing in complete silence and social paralysis, without falling afoul with the law.
The terrorism aimed and inflicted upon pedosexuals is expanding…and being propagated by allegedly moral, decent and fair government bodies…allegedly decent and intelligent people…
Their ultimate goal, has been to straight up criminalize the open, or even privately expressed speech of pedosexuals…So that we have zero lines of communication and expression.
My gut sense is that they even want it to be a crime for any pedosexual to speak back to them, even regarding what they are doing to us pedosexuals…They simply want a social and legal premises, on which to seize someone and lock them up, upon merely being identified as a pedosexual…That is where this is leading…declare every pedosexual expression [or behavior] a crime, and set about gathering up every suspected pedosexual…taking them away to some form of concentration camp.
Eventually…if they keep passing enough laws…we cannot help but be turned into criminals…at the hands of these barbaric politicians…and for behaviors, which nearly anybody else can take for granted as a freedom in these countries.
I want that last point to sink in…
…They are attacking our literal base ability of speech and expression, and calling it “terrorism”…
…Oh sure…they framed it as targeting “how to molest children manuals”…but the absurdity in this, is that the existence of such “manuals” as a social phenomena is so pathetically unsupported…There may be an extreme, tiny few instances of things which allegedly qualify as “how to” manuals dealing with this…but where are they, and how many of them can you [or anybody else] even cite?
This is nothing but a brazen assault against pedosexual expression…a step to be built upon, in the coming future…and over something which cannot even be intelligently argued, as a social phenomena or a social threat.
They are getting away with doing this stuff, based upon non-existent social problems…When the arguments for their terrorism against pedosexuals becomes this weak…and yet it still stands…you know that something very bad is about to happen.
I want to bring one last incite to this post…
“Child molestation manual”, is an extremely vague term…and one which remains undefined.
In the age of brief E-Books, explaining how to do all sorts of things…I have to question, if a simple webpage containing a paragraph or two which discusses a realistic adult/child sexual encounter, could be deemed a “child molestation manual”. It is all going to be subjective judgment…dealt out, by people who do not like “your” type of speech…And since they are already passing the threshold of making speech a crime…what are the safeguards in place, to stop them from throwing you into a prison [or concentration camp], because you’ve expressed a politically and socially unpopular thought?
…There aren’t any…Once things have gotten to the point where they successfully criminalize speech…things have already fallen off the edge of the cliff…The targeted minorities are lost in a complete, modern day social nightmare.
Entirely valid speech, which discusses and tries to explain intergenerational relationships of a sexual nature…are likely the ultimate target…The ultimate goal being, identifying and making a public example of those pedosexuals who stand up for their own human rights…intimidating the rest, deeper into silence.
I’ve never written a “how to” manual…and while I have written a small handful of child erotica stories over the years [published on appropriate websites], I’ve never discussed deeply how one might go about nurturing a relationship, with the ultimate goal being sex with minors. If I did such, I’d probably be shut down by my blog host, if I posted it or linked it here…So, I am painfully, frustratingly aware…of the fine line that I walk…
There are still a few things I have written, which I intend to republish here…They are a couple inclusions of my “In Self Defense” collection, where I get fairly deep and graphic, explaining some of my own sexual experiences as a boy…and one where I contrast two very different narratives, in order to argue the absurdity in equating one with the other. I’ve been in limbo, trying to decide the best path forward…because I am not willing to gut the very project, itself, of it’s core substance…But I also know, that it treads a fine and subjective line…Sometimes, I feel like I am being placed in an impossible situation…an entirely unjust situation. This is one of those times.
I question…At the very least…is my own blog, my own expression, going to be targeted and blocked, by the ISPs of Brittan?…the rest of Europe?…
What is happening right now, is not the behavior of a civilized or good natured people…
Pedophilia and terrorism have utterly nothing to do with each other…You cannot find two issues, which are more alien to each other.
I think we are presently witnessing…the beginning stages, of the human species next holocaust.
…They are finally making concrete outward movements, leading us down that path…after many years of vague [or not so vague] hints, that they were ultimately going to push this down everybody’s throats.
For all of it’s self aggrandizing…the human species has really learned nothing, where it most matters in social conflict…It still does not know how to get along in harmony, with it’s own kind…It still is it’s own worst enemy.
Pedosexuals are not your enemy…Stop pushing and attacking us!
This article actually deserves it’s own response…and I will likely come back to this, because I don’t want it to just be a footnote…But it ties in with this post, so I thought I would cite it.

The very first sign of this I was pointed towards was published on April first, of 2014…So, in the back of my mind, I was thinking this might be an April Fools Day joke…
…So, I put this on the back burner, to wait and see what else would surface.
…At the end of the month, I decided to survey findings from a search engine…Apparently, this ghastly absurdity is no joke.
“Atheists, peaceful protesters and those who go to fight abroad have all been brought under the auspices of new “anti-terror” laws”
“Saudi Arabia has introduced a series of new laws which define atheists as terrorists, according to a report from Human Rights Watch.”
“Article one of the new provisions defines terrorism as “calling for atheist thought in any form, or calling into question the fundamentals of the Islamic religion on which this country is based”.
Joe Stork, deputy Middle East and North Africa director of Human Rights Watch, said: “Saudi authorities have never tolerated criticism of their policies, but these recent laws and regulations turn almost any critical expression or independent association into crimes of terrorism.
“These regulations dash any hope that King Abdullah intends to open a space for peaceful dissent or independent groups,” Mr Stork said.”
“A rash of new laws issued in Saudi Arabia aim to blot out all political dissent — and in one case defines atheists as terrorists. The series of laws began in January of 2014. At the end of last month, Human Rights Watch issued a report explaining that “a series of related royal decrees create a legal framework that appears to criminalize virtually all dissident thought or expression as terrorism.”
“Saudi Arabia has officially identified atheists as terrorists in sweeping new laws that threaten up to 20 years in prison for almost any criticism of the government or Islam.
The regulations place secular citizens who commit thought crimes in the same category as violent terrorist groups such as Al-Qaeda’s Yemen branch and Saudi Hezbollah.
Under the new decree by King Abdullah, Saudi Arabia will jail for up to 20 years anyone who fights in conflicts abroad – an apparent move to deter Saudis from joining rebels in Syria.
But the law also applies to any Saudi citizen or a foreigner residing in the kingdom that ‘calls for atheist thought in any form or calls into question the fundamentals of the Islamic religion on which this country is based.’
The laws have been denounced by human rights groups for making no distinction between religious expression and violent extremism.”
““Saudi authorities have never tolerated criticism of their policies, but these recent laws and regulations turn almost any critical expression or independent association into crimes of terrorism,” said Joe Stork, deputy Middle East and North Africa director at the HRW.”
“Those who swear allegiance to any party, organisation, current of thought, group or individual inside or outside the kingdom are also included in the provisions. The Muslim Brotherhood and various Al Qaeda factions are also among those on the list.”
“The legislation will address those who return with newfound training and ideas about overthrowing the monarchy.
Participation via forms of audio, written, visual media, social media, websites are all included in the definition.
Blogging for Al-Bab, Brian Whitaker writes that while the new laws might seem bizarre, “in Saudi terms it does have a certain logic. Since the entire system of government is based on Wahhabi interpretations of Islam, non-believers are assumed to be enemies of the Saudi state.”
“While the law cites violence as an essential element only in reference to attacks carried out against Saudis outside the kingdom or aboard Saudi transportation carriers, crucially it states that inside its borders, “terrorism” can be non-violent.
It can consist of “any act” intended to, among other things, to “insult the reputation of the state”, “harm public order”, or shake the security of society” – none of which the law clearly defines.”
“The new regulations come amid a campaign to silence independent activists and peaceful dissidents through intimidation, investigations, arrests, prosecutions, and imprisonment. On March 9, the prominent human rights activists Abdullah al-Hamid and Mohammed al-Qahtani completed their first year in prison, serving 11 and 10-year sentences, respectively, for criticizing the government’s human rights abuses and for membership in an unlicensed political and civil rights organization.
Two other human rights activists, Waleed Abu al-Khair and Mikhlif al-Shammari, recently lost appeals and will probably begin their three-month and five-year respective sentences soon for criticizing Saudi authorities.
On January 31, Saudi authorities promulgated the Penal Law for Crimes of Terrorism and its Financing (the “terrorism law”). The law has serious flaws, including vague and overly broad provisions that allow authorities to criminalize free expression, and the creation of excessive police powers without judicial oversight. The law cites violence as an essential element only in reference to attacks carried out against Saudis outside the kingdom or onboard Saudi transportation carriers. Inside the kingdom, “terrorism” can be non-violent – consisting of “any act” intended to, among other things, “insult the reputation of the state,” “harm public order,” or “shake the security of society,” which the law fails to clearly define.”
• Article 1: “Calling for atheist thought in any form, or calling into question the fundamentals of the Islamic religion on which this country is based.”
• Article 2: “Anyone who throws away their loyalty to the country’s rulers, or who swears allegiance to any party, organization, current [of thought], group, or individual inside or outside [the kingdom].”
• Article 4: “Anyone who aids [“terrorist”] organizations, groups, currents [of thought], associations, or parties, or demonstrates affiliation with them, or sympathy with them, or promotes them, or holds meetings under their umbrella, either inside or outside the kingdom; this includes participation in audio, written, or visual media; social media in its audio, written, or visual forms; internet websites; or circulating their contents in any form, or using slogans of these groups and currents [of thought], or any symbols which point to support or sympathy with them.”
• Article 6: “Contact or correspondence with any groups, currents [of thought], or individuals hostile to the kingdom.”
• Article 8: “Seeking to shake the social fabric or national cohesion, or calling, participating, promoting, or inciting sit-ins, protests, meetings, or group statements in any form, or anyone who harms the unity or stability of the kingdom by any means.”
• Article 9: “Attending conferences, seminars, or meetings inside or outside [the kingdom] targeting the security of society, or sowing discord in society.”
• Article 11: “Inciting or making countries, committees, or international organizations antagonistic to the kingdom.”
“Al-Qahtani and al-Hamid’s convictions included charges such as “breaking allegiance with the ruler,” “slandering the religiosity and integrity of the Supreme Council of Religious Scholars,” “sowing discord,” and “attempting to shake the internal security of the country by calling for demonstrations.” The new terrorism regulations classify several of these charges as acts of terrorism.
Other members of their organization, the Saudi Civil and Political Rights Association (ACPRA), are serving sentences for convictions on similar charges, including Mohammed al-Bajadi, Omar al-Saeed, and Abd al-Kareem al-Khodr. A jailed member, Fowzan al-Harbi, is on trial before the Riyadh Criminal Court on charges that include “participating in calling for and inciting breaking allegiance with the ruler,” “explicit libel of the integrity and religiosity of the Supreme Council of Religious Scholars,” “participating in setting up an unlicensed organization” – namely, ACPRA – “publishing details of his investigation,” and “describing the ruling Saudi regime – unjustly – as a police state.”
“On March 10, the SPA reported the conviction of another man, with a 10-year prison sentence and a 100,000 riyal fine ($26,600), for “engaging in following, saving, and resending inciting tweets on the social networking site (Twitter) against the rulers, religious scholars, and government agencies and his connection to people who call themselves reformists…”
Another human rights activist, Fadhil al-Manasif, who played a leading role in documenting abuses against demonstrators in the Eastern Province in 2011, is on trial for “sowing discord,” “inciting public opinion against the state,” and “communicating with foreign news agencies to exaggerate news and harm the reputation of the kingdom.”
And Riyadh-based human rights activists, Mohammed al-Otaibi and Abdullah al-Attawi, who came under investigation in April 2013 for co-founding a new human rights organization – The Union for Human Rights – face a new investigation based on their human rights activities.”
“While protecting public order and national security are recognized in international human rights law as legitimate purposes for limiting certain rights under narrow and clearly-defined circumstances, vague and overly broad legal provisions cannot be the basis for overriding a broad array of fundamental rights. Provisions of Saudi Arabia’s new terrorism regulations that deny any ability to exercise basic rights of peaceful assembly, association, and expression greatly exceed any notion of justifiable restrictions, Human Rights Watch said.
Commenting on article 6 of the regulation, one activist told Human Rights Watch on March 12: “Just talking to you now is considered terrorism – I could be prosecuted as a terrorist for this conversation.”
Apparently…we are witnessing a dictatorship in it’s death throws…Because this is an act of clear desperation.
If your regime’s standing is so fragile that it cannot stand up to any criticism…it is time to step aside, and admit that you are not fit to lead a nation.
Given the Saudi families penchant for extreme retaliation, against anybody under it’s control who does not kiss it’s behind and remain completely obedient…It is insane for anyone from that family, or from anywhere…to be pointing a finger at others [especially, entirely innocent others], and calling them “terrorists”.
The Saudi family’s pattern of behavior has far more legitimate claim, to being recognized as terrorism…than the actions of atheists, who speak out against said behaviors…who offer a legitimate resistance, to those human rights abuses.
Calling atheists “terrorists”, is an act of cowardice…it establishes that King Abdullah is out of touch with reality…drunk and crazed on his own power…desperate to keep hold, of power and wealth which never rightly belonged to him or his family, in the first place.
This is the same old, tired story, of the so called elite class against the rest of mankind…Some other man, always fancies themselves above the rest of us…with unquestionable authority and self righteous entitlement.
…It will be interesting to watch the Saudi family fall…though disturbing to contemplate, what might take their place.
…I have one more thing to say…It is a personal message.
