“Trump held a Two-Minute-Hate on Greta Thunberg during one of his rallies.

Donald Trump’s Colorado Springs rally has booed the name of climate activist Greta Thunberg, who he mentioned as he complained that he should be honoured as Time magazine’s Person of the Year every year.

Mr Trump attacked the 17-year-old by noting she had beat him out for the magazine honour in 2019, but noted that he has won in the past. He has previously complained about losing to Ms Thunberg, notably during the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland earlier this year.

“This year I got beaten out by Greta — you know Greta?” he said, prompting the boos.

“Last year I got beaten out — I’ve won it, but when the world revolves around all of us, we should be chosen,” he continued, twirling his finger in a circle on stage. “I mean, we’ve won it. But we should win it every single year.

“Kaitlin Bennett’s career is in the crapper.

Conservative media personality Kaitlin Bennett didn’t announce she was visiting Ohio University. But hundreds of students showed up to protest her appearance.

Bennett, a controversial activist who drew attention for taking graduation photos with an AR-10 rifle strapped to her back at Kent State University, said she was in Athens, Ohio, on Monday to film a video for Presidents Day.

But as soon as students got word she was there, crowds of protesters descended on Bennett as she walked around the campus.

In footage captured by Sarah Donaldson, digital editor for student paper The New Political, students lined all five floors of the university’s student center as Bennett and her bodyguard traveled down the escalator.

“Trump attacked the movie ‘Parasite’ during one of his recent rallies.

The movie studio behind the South Korean film “Parasite” hit back on Thursday after President Trump criticized the foreign-language film for winning best picture at the 2020 Academy Awards.

“Understandable, he can’t read,” Neon tweeted from its official account with a link to Trump’s comments.

“Parasite” made history earlier this month when it became the first non-English film to win the top prize at the Oscars in the award show’s 92-year history.

The class warfare satire, directed by Bong Joon-ho, dominated the night with a total of four wins, including in the directing, international feature and original screenplay categories.

Trump, however, knocked the dark comedy during a campaign rally in Colorado.
