FBI: No Antifa Link To Protests…

01) FBI: No Antifa Link To Protests

“A new report suggests that the FBI has found no Antifa link to protests.

The FBI’s Washington Field Office “has no intelligence indicating Antifa involvement/presence” in the violence that occurred on May 31 during the D.C.-area protests over the murder of George Floyd, according to an internal FBI situation report obtained exclusively by The Nation. That same day, President Donald Trump announced on Twitter that he would designate “Antifa” a terrorist organization, even though the government has no existing authority to declare a domestic group a terrorist organization, and antifa is not an organized group. Following the president’s tweet, Attorney General William Barr said in a statement, “The violence instigated and carried out by Antifa and other similar groups in connection with the rioting is domestic terrorism and will be treated accordingly.

Judge Okays Keeping Protesters in Jail INDEFINITELY, Suspending Habeas Corpus Rights…

01) Judge Okays Keeping Protesters in Jail INDEFINITELY, Suspending Habeas Corpus Rights

“A New York judge has suspended habeas corpus rights or arrested protesters.

A Manhattan judge sided with police on Thursday by denying Legal Aid lawyers’ request for the immediate release of hundreds of prisoners held in custody for days after their arrest amid George Floyd protests.

The emergency lawsuit filed Tuesday against the NYPD called for the release of 108 New Yorkers “detained illegally” in violation of New York state’s 24-hour arrest-to-arraignment requirement.

01) Videos of Police Trapping and Brutalizing Protesters

“Police. Reform. Now. John Iadarola and Ana Kasparian discuss on The Young Turks.

Last night, police in New York city kettled hundreds of protestors on the Manhattan Bridge, preventing them from dispersing for hours, even after curfew fell. The New York Times reports that the protestors “found a way” around police blocking access to the Brooklyn end of the bridge, which seems an unlikely scenario, but nonetheless offers details on them being subsequently held there.

01) Cops tried to arrest an FBI agent of South Sudanese Origin!

“The guy in red T-shirt is an American FBI Agent of South Sudanese origin. White cops harassed and attempted to arrest him. It gets sweet when he IDs himself. See how cops coiled their tails.”

Not sure if he’s actually an FBI agent…but these cops clearly got caught racial profiling…and he has some type of status, which stopped the process in it’s tracks…after he’d been put into handcuffs…So, it’s believable he is one.

Police Assault Elderly Man, Then Walk Over Him As He Bleeds From Head Wound…

01) Police Assault Elderly Man, Then Walk Over Him As He Bleeds From Head Wound

“WARNING: This video is very difficult to watch.

A graphic video of two Buffalo cops knocking a 75-year-old man to the ground went viral Thursday night after the city’s police department initially said in the statement that “one person was injured when he tripped & fell” during a skirmish.

The video, captured by Buffalo’s NPR station, WBFO, shows a cordon of dozens of officers in riot gear walking abreast as a gray-haired man approaches and then appears to peacefully engage them in front of Buffalo City Hall. But he is quickly strong-armed and violently pushed backwards. He briefly disappears out of frame, but a second later, the video shows the man lying stunned, flat on his back on the concrete sidewalk, a pool of blood rapidly forming under his head. The cops, rather than stop and render aid, walk past and begin to arrest other protestors, while one unidentified officer can heard claiming the injured man was bleeding out of his ear.

Bishop OUTRAGED at Trump For Using Her Church For A Photo Op…

01) Bishop OUTRAGED at Trump For Using Her Church For A Photo Op

“Peaceful DC protesters were met with brutality so Trump could have a photo-op.

President Trump’s controversial foray to St. John’s Church on Monday is generating widespread criticism, after police and National Guard troops physically cleared out demonstrators, using tear gas, to allow a photo opportunity outside the church. The bishop who oversees St. John’s is among the critics.

“He used violent means to ask to be escorted across the park into the courtyard of the church,” Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde of the Episcopal Diocese of Washington tells NPR’s Morning Edition. “He held up his Bible after speaking [an] inflammatory militarized approach to the wounds of our nation.”

“He did not pray,” the bishop continued.
