The ICC lost all credibility as an independent judicial agency when it issued a warrant for Putin’s arrest in March 2023, on the fake pretext of kidnapping children and bundling them off to Russia, children who later were found to be living in Germany.
ICC is now reaping the whirlwind for having agreed to pursue Putin on the flimsiest of unproven pretexts.
