“Seth takes a closer look at Donald Trump claiming to be the most persecuted individual in American history after last week’s bombshell hearing of the January 6 committee embarrassed him by airing never-before-seen outtakes of his speech from the day after the insurrection.”

…”The most persecuted person in the history of [the USA]”…Donald Trump declaring himself?…

…What a complete and total load of blatant bullshit.

Donald Trump is a human parasite, handed every advantage in the world…who has lived a lush, charmed life, off of exploitation and thievery.

He has never been persecuted in any meaningful way, even one moment of his life.

Judge Won’t Lock Up Tina Peters After She Violates Her Bail AGAIN…

“Indicted Mesa County election clerk Tina Peters was hit with another arrest warrant last week for once again violating the terms of her bail. Peters turned herself into authorities not long after, and was released about an hour later. This is now the second time that she has violated the terms of her pre-trial release, and she is STILL not being held in custody for the repeated violations. Farron Cousins explains what’s happening.

So we’ve had some interesting stories, uh, coming outta Colorado over the last four or five days here. One of those being the fact that Tina Peters, who, as we all know, is the indicted former Mesa county election clerk, who recently lost her primary bid to, uh, you know, hold a real office in the state. She was arrested this past Thursday after it was revealed that she, once again violated the conditions of her bail, an arrest warrant was issued on Thursday. She immediately, without resistance turned herself in for the second time violating again, her bail. The first time as we all know was when she left the state and didn’t report it, she was not allowed to leave the state unless it was for, you know, real actual business. She didn’t have any real business left. The state didn’t let anybody know. She got in trouble, went in front of the judge.

The judge said, all right, mistakes happen. I’m not gonna put you back in jail as you await trial. And then this time she allegedly violated her bail. Once again, by contacting election workers in the state, which she has been prohibited from doing there is a protective order against election workers in the state saying Tina Peters is legally not allowed to contact you in any way, but she did. According to the reports, she, she called ’em and said, Hey, I’m gonna be challenging the results in my primary election, where I lost by double digits. I’m gonna challenge those. And I’m gonna demand a recount, okay, demand a recount, all you want. You’re still legally not allowed to contact these individuals. So the arrest warrant was issued. And after one hour in custody, where she got a brand new mugshot, she was allowed to go after paying $1,000 bond in cash.

And that’s that right? That’s it. You violated your bail for the second time this summer, and you’re still walking around free in the state of Colorado. Right now, you messed up twice. You broke the law, you had to be rearrested and you’re just out. You’re a free person awaiting your trial. I don’t understand how this happens. Typically. What goes on here is if you violate the conditions of your bail release, you go back to jail until your trial. I mean, typically the majority of the time, the first violation is the only violation because you’re not given a second chance. You violate that bail. You go straight to jail. I didn’t mean for that to rhyme, but I’m not, you know, don’t have a problem with it that it did. Um, if you do it a second time after not being punished the first time again, that’s basically unheard of, but nobody doesn’t go back to jail the second time.

Nobody, that, that simply doesn’t happen in our judicial system here in the United States. And what this tells me that she’s now done it twice and faced zero consequences for it. Other than losing a thousand dollars. I don’t have high hopes for this case against her. At this point, if the law enforcement officials and the judicial system in the state of Colorado are not willing to treat her bail violations as serious problems, then they’re not gonna treat the trial as a serious problem. They’re not gonna treat the criminal charges against her as a serious problem. And Tina Peters is likely to be let go. That is the conclusion that I have come to after these repeated bail violations and no punishments at all, they have said, oh, well, we have faith in you. Oh, you made a mistake. Oh, she made another pretty serious mistake. Ah, don’t worry about it, Tina, you go on and you, you challenge those election results that we all know were totally safe and secure and, and real, not fraudulent, but yeah, you just keep doing what you do. He is all wacky scam over here. No, this is a serious legal issue, a serious violation of the law. And this needs to be handled. Tina Peters should be locked up. Any other person in this country, you put them in that same situation, they do what she did violate bail twice. They’re not gonna be walking around as free citizens. They will be sitting in a jail cell until their trial has concluded. And then of course, possibly longer, which in my opinion is exactly what needs to happen to Tina Peters at this point.”

Twitter Flags Marjorie Taylor Greene For Hateful Content…

“Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene has once again run afoul of Twitter’s rules, this time by posting “hateful content” about a transgender doctor at the Department of Health and Human Services. Greene repeatedly deadnamed the doctor, calling her by her former male name, and then proceeded to create a disgusting hashtag for people to use. Twitter could have prevented this a long time ago, but they didn’t want to ruffle conservative feathers. Farron Cousins explains what happened.

Twitter has once again, been forced to flag Marjorie Taylor green for posting hateful content on their platform. This time by dead naming a doctor that happens to be the, uh, assistant secretary for health in the department of health and human services. Dr. Rachel Levine in her tweets, Marjorie Taylor green, repeatedly referred to Dr. Levine as Dr. Dick Levine. Of course, the name before Dr. Rachel Levine transitioned and Twitter did not take it down because they said, quote, this tweet violated the Twitter rules about hateful conduct. However, Twitter has determined that it may be in the public’s interest for the tweet to remain accessible. So I’m going to read the offending tweet, the offensive tweet. Um, I’m gonna read her hashtag this is all coming from a sitting member of the United States house of representatives. Again, referencing Dr. Rachel Levine from the department of health and human services. We must do everything we can to prevent Dr. Dr. Dick Levine’s preteen, hashtag weenie chop. Now that I think about it as Dr. Dick Levine advocates for gender affirming care for minors, has he undergone the hashtag weenie chop himself, or is he just pushing this on children? It’s in the public’s interest for this tweet to remain up? So say if the rulers of Twitter,

There are so many offensive things in what Marjorie Taylor green said in this tweet that I, I don’t even know where to begin. Of course, the dead naming, you know, calling her a he just because you frigging feel like it. This is sick and it’s disgusting, and nobody is more obsessed with gender and pronouns than these Republicans. You know, I love how they always try to paint the liberals, the progressives, everybody, anybody on the left is trying to be too woke and being so concerned about people’s gender. Actually, we’re not

Tell us what to call. You will call you that. No problem. It’s the Republicans that love to talk about it. It’s the Republicans that love to intentionally call people by their dead names, call people by the wrong pronouns intentionally when it’s just as easy to use the pronouns they want to use. It’s not an issue, but Republicans like Marjorie Taylor green are so bigoted and so hateful that they make it an issue. They’re the ones that are the fragile little snowflakes, but the hashtag weenie chop thing, man, I, I, I don’t even, I, I don’t even, I don’t even know, just such a vial and disgusting piece of trailer trash that we have serving in the house of representatives, because that’s where this kind of behavior belongs. This belongs on the Jerry Springer show. And yet here it is in Congress from Marjorie Taylor green, she’s pure trash.

She is absolutely the trashiest person in the United States house of representatives. And that’s saying a lot considering this is a house of representatives that includes people like Matt gates and Lauren Bobert green has managed to be trashier than all of them combined, even more so than ghosts are, but, but Twitter’s leaving it up, you know? Oh, they’re telling you it’s hateful. Sure, sure, sure. But you know, it’s in your best interest, maybe Twitter thinks it’s in our best interest so that we can see what a hateful bigot Marjorie Taylor green really is. Maybe I, I, I suppose that’s of interest to the public, but here’s what gets me about this. This is coming from her official at rep MTG Twitter account, her verified congressional account because that’s the only one she has her personal account was banned long ago for spreading misinformation. But Twitter, let her keep this one.

And this is what we get for that. Twitter could have put an end to this back then. I mean, look, you’re talking about an account run by the same person. If she’s filled with misinformation and hatefulness on one account, you don’t think she’s just gonna turn over and do that on the other, cuz you only ban one, but not the other one. That’s idiotic ban this piece of trash from Twitter. This isn’t a freedom of speech issue folks”

The twitter a-holes pull “rules and policies” out of their own asses, on a whim…depending on how they want to play anything in the moment.

There is no consistency…There is no logical pattern…They’re just cut loose to do as they please, without consequence.

If they don’t feel like it, then they refuse to enforce their own rules…even when they know they are supposed to…even when they know it makes them extreme, smug hypocrites.

Capitol Rioters Cry Like Babies As Judge Sentences Them To 3 Years In Prison…

“Two men who had previously pleaded guilty to participating in violence at the Capitol during the January 6th riot openly wept in court last week when they were each sentenced to 44 months in prison. The men begged for leniency, but the judge told them they were already getting a lenient deal as some of the charges against them had been dropped. Farron Cousins explains why we shouldn’t have any sympathy for these people.

Last week, a pair of capital rioters who had pleaded guilty all the way back in April were finally sentenced for what they did during the capital riot. And as they begged for leniency from the judge, the two men openly wept. Now these were younger men. Um, I believe let’s see what their ages were. Uh, one of them was 30. The other was 29. So prime of their lives, right? Everything in front of ’em, they were in their twenties. Of course, when the riot happened and they’re sobbing in front of this judge begging him, please do not send us to prison. We would like leniency. And the judge had to inform the duo that we’ve already given you leniency. We actually dropped some of the more serious charges against you that would’ve resulted in a longer prison sentence. So you’re both getting 44 months in jail, right?

Four months shy of four years, a piece, and only a handful of rioters have actually received longer sentences than that. So these men, these young men now up there at the top, not the very top, but towards the top of total amount of prison time received by any capital riots. And of course, as I said, they sobbed, they wept because they were so, so sorry for what they’d done that day. But the judge, in addition to informing them that they already got leniency, reminded them that no, you’re not actually sorry for what you did. And I will say the men, you know, mention, we got young kids, we’re gonna miss the next four years of their lives. Now, eh, you should have thought about that before you stormed the capital guys. Sorry. It sucks for the kids. Not necessarily for you because here is what these two men did as part of the mob that stormed the capital on January 6th, 2021, these two guys, according to the court filings led the mob that rushed the police officers basically incapacitating the officers.

They then crowd surfed their way to the top, to the front of the line, where they then used pepper spray to take out several police officers. They maced the cops. These two men did according to these court filings. So I have no sympathy for you. Honestly. I don’t even know if I have sympathy for the kids, cuz it’s probably better for them that you’re not a part of their lives now because as the judge pointed out, you’re not actually sorry for what you did. Cuz the judge then read from the men’s own text messages, where they were laughing and congratulating each other after successfully storming the capital, right? And the days that followed, they were texting back and forth congratulating each other for

It. Now those don’t seem like the actions of an individual. That’s truly sorry for what they did that day. And that of course is why the judge refused to give them any further leniency. You bragged about it. You patted each other on the back for it because you were pleased with what you had done that day. Okay. There, there is no mistaking that they were happy. They were texting their families by the way, as they were in there boasting about what was happening, talking about how exciting it was. So I don’t care. You can save your crocodile tears. You can save your excuses about missing the next four years of your kids’ lives. You should have thought about that. You’re not sorry about what you did. You’re sorry that you’re having to pay a price for it. I have no sympathy for any of these capital riders. I don’t care about their situations at home. I don’t care about who is being left behind as these people go to prison because this is what these individuals who participated in the capital riot deserve you, amazed police officers. And I guarantee you, you’re the kind of people who at least some point in your recent history have said blue lives matter. but you’ve shown that you don’t actually mean those words. Do ya? So don’t shed any tears for these capital rioters folks. They’re finally getting exactly what they deserve.”

New York DA Was Too Scared Of Losing To Prosecute Donald Trump…

Date: July 26, 2022

“One of the prosecutors that left the Manhattan District Attorney’s office earlier this year has come forward saying that new DA Alvin Bragg was too focused on how they could lose the case against Donald Trump to bring charges. The fear of losing, the prosecutor said, is why no charges ended up being filed in the case. This is a complete dereliction of duty for Bragg, as Farron Cousins explains.

Earlier this year, as we know, two of the lead investigators slash prosecutors that were working with the Manhattan district attorney’s office abruptly resigned after it became clear that the new district attorney who took office earlier this year, Alvin brag was not going to issue criminal charges against Donald Trump. Well, this past week, one of those, uh, attorneys who left mark Pomerance actually appeared on a podcast where he explained finally months later, why Alvin Bragg’s team didn’t wanna file those criminal charges against Donald Trump, uh, for the, you know, alleged financial fraud that was taking place. Now, before I read the reason that he gives us, let me just make it clear Pran. And the other attorney who also left, made it clear that outgoing da Cyrus Vance was just, as they put it days away from filing the criminal charges against Donald Trump. They had laid out their case.

They had everything they needed, and they were certain that criminal charges could in fact be successful. They were about to do it. Then Alvin brag came in and refused to, and here in mark Palmer’s own words is why he and the new team were focused on the risk that we could lose the case. It’s very hard to take somebody who has not been exposed to those facts on a trip through the capillaries of the financial statements in a meeting or even a meeting or two, the devil was really in the details and the details couldn’t be explained in kind of short form. Ultimately the da, the incoming da brag and the team were not comfortable going forward. So did we do a bad job of laying out the facts? Did, did they not hear what we were saying? Were the facts too complicated to explain in the format that we were using?

They don’t know because there’s no real answers given, but as Palmer is clearly saying here, like we had it all and we laid it out and we explained it to you, but maybe we did a bad job of explaining it. Or maybe you just didn’t understand. Maybe you thought it was just too weak and you were gonna lose. Oh, and you didn’t want that to be your first action as district attorney. I understand that you got a political career to think of. So to hell with getting justice here in the United States, I wanna advance my political career. So here’s the thing. This investigation at the DA’s office in Manhattan, of course is still ongoing, right? There’s still the possibility that criminal charges could be filed. I think it’s very unlikely that this would happen. You of course have the attorney General’s investigation in New York, but that is only a civil matter. She cannot file criminal charges in it. So what now? Well, for one, I think there need to be broader calls, uh, for Alvin Bragg to be removed from office. But more importantly, I know some of the best lawyers in this country, I’ve worked with them for nearly two decades. I

Have interviewed a majority of the living members of the national trial lawyer hall of fame, and in personal and professional conversations with these individuals, some of the best plaintiffs, lawyers, lawyers in the country, they’ve all told me the same thing. Sometimes they will take on cases. They will spend millions of dollars investigating cases and bring it to trial that they know they’re not gonna win, but they still give it their all, they still put all the effort into it. They put all the money into it, which by the way, they don’t get back when they lose. And they do spend millions investigating cases like this, and they’ll take it to trial. And they’ll tell me before, they’re like, I know we’re not gonna win this. The evidence is weak, but we do have people that have been injured and by God, we’re gonna fight and we’re gonna do everything we can.

And sometimes they do win those cases. They feel are unwinnable. A lot of times they don’t. But the important thing is that they don’t stop trying, even when they know they can’t win. Even when they go against the biggest corporations on the planet, they still do it to fight for justice.”

The Truth About Ukraine SLIPS OUT On CNN…

“CNN offers 24 hours of programming every day, but not a whole lot of uncomfortable truths, so it was noteworthy when CNN host Becky Anderson asked her guest, Iranian-American academic Mohammad Marandi, about increasingly close ties between Russia and Iran despite Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and Marandi gave her a double-barreled blast of honesty in response. He explained that Iran has not actively supported Russia in the Ukraine War, but has its own interests that it will pursue and that the United States has plenty of blood on its hands as well.

Jimmy and America’s comedian Kurt Metzger discuss the surprising revelation of actual truths on CNN and why such rare instances so important to highlight.”
