01) Montana & New York Governors Enforcing Net Neutrality Using Executive Orders
“Some state legislatures have made it clear they’ll be fighting back against the FCC’s repeal of Title II net neutrality protections, but two governors recently announced that they’ll be protecting net neutrality through executive orders. This move by governors marks another way in which the FCC and Ajit Pai’s authority has been defied after voting to block states from protecting net neutrality themselves.
