01) Lawsuit Against Fox News Will Horrify You

“Fox News and some of its hosts are in trouble.

A federal lawsuit filed Monday alleges ex-Fox News host Ed Henry raped a woman he had “groomed” and “coerced” into having a sexual relationship when she did not comply voluntarily.

The lawsuit, filed by Douglas Wigdor and Michael Willemin on behalf of Jennifer Eckhart and Cathy Areu, also alleges Fox News supported and promoted Henry after receiving complaints of sexually inappropriate behavior and only fired him earlier this month because they were aware of an impending lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleges Henry sexually harassed both women and raped Eckhart.

“Conservatives are going after Trump for his use of federal police.

Andrew Napolitano slammed the Trump administration for sending federal law enforcement to Portland in response to violent protests in Oregon’s largest city, with the Fox News senior judicial analyst calling the move “unconstitutional” and “just plain wrong.”

His remarks come as Portland officials have requested the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) withdraw after videos of protesters being taken off the street by federal officers in unmarked cars prompted outrage.

“You have anarchy on one hand,” Napolitano said. “If the troops come in the streets, you have a potential for even more violence on the other hand.”

“Trump has ordered the closure of the Chinese consulate in Houston.

The United States government has abruptly ordered China to “cease all operations and events” at its consulate in Houston, Texas, according to the Chinese Foreign Ministry, in what it called an “unprecedented escalation” in recent actions taken by Washington.

Late Tuesday evening, police in Houston said they responded to reports of smoke in the courtyard outside the consulate, located on Montrose Boulevard, in the city’s Midtown area. Local media shared video of what appeared to be officials inside the compound burning documents.
